Closing Your Account
You may close your UIS account and discontinue your use of our solutions at any time without additional charges. However, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments, pending invoices, or charges incurred prior to termination. UIS does not provide refunds for previously used or consumed services once your account is closed.
Please note that in certain circumstances, we may not approve account closure, including but not limited to:
- Active or pending transactions associated with your account.
- Outstanding financial obligations owed to UIS for the use of any of our solutions.
